Asamoah Gyan in shock sale

SUNDERLAND have put star striker Asamoah Gyan up for sale.
The shock move, revealed after an e-mail circulated around potential buyers was leaked to the press, sees Steve Bruce’s side looking to cash in on the Ghanian striker to raise funds for further transfer activity.
Goaltastic is in two minds on this one – just a year ago Gyan came to the Black Cats for £15m from French club Rennes, and he has already become a fans’ favourite.
It would be a damn shame should he head abroad.
But in a transfer market where relatively unproven under-21 internationals such as Jordan Henderson and Phil Jones are changing clubs for figures closer to £20m, one of the stars of the World Cup like Gyan should command a pretty massive pile of cash for Bruce to play with…

  1. He’s seen all the action happening a Newcastle with Andy Carroll thats why he’s selling him for to try and compete. SAD
