Barca signing Fabregas is halfway to his Arsenal silverware haul after one match

THE title pretty much says it – one substitute appearence later and £34m man Cesc Fabregas has a Spanish Super Cup to his name.
Last night Cesc took to the pitch second half as Barcelona overcame rivals Real Madrid 5-4 in the second leg of a bad tempered affair – where Real’s Marcelo was sent off and former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was caught gougeing a Barcelona coach’s eye.
Fabregas said: “It’s a great moment, especially against Real Madrid.
“It’s the biggest derby in the world and I am very happy to be a part of it.”
During six years and 212 run-outs in an Arsenal shirt, Fabregas notched one FA Cup and a Community Shield win – halfway there already, then.

  1. He is the sole reason behind Arsenal’s failure to win trophies. Wenger had to let him go. Arsenal will win trophies with these young British players starting from this season: OXC, Jack, Ramsy, Jenkison, Walcott, Gibbs.
