A fifth of all 2011 transfers were Brazilians or Argentineans

A NEW report from football’s governing body FIFA has revealed that a fifth of all players bought and sold wordwide in 2011 came from either Brazil or Argentina.
And of the 11,500 transfers carried out last year, an amazing 13 per cent of these alone were Brazilians, such as Arsenal signing Andre Santos.
In total $3 billion was spent by professional clubs on transfer activity.
